Is Noah's Ark Just a Biblical Story?

Noah's Ark has nothing to do with religion. At least I dont think so, in fact, I think it has more to do with the fact that we have been visited and 'helped' in times of great need by someone or something not human.

If you like to attribute this to God, thats fine by me, but the evidence is all around that some kind of aliens have been with us since well before Noah, and all the time since then too. If you choose not to believe me about the aliens, well, you should read Dr. Barry M. Warmkessel's report about Noah's Ark and decide for yourself if there is enough evidence to change your mind.

This report on Noah's Ark is just one example of the many amazing things which mankind has done over the centuries that cannot be explained. They cannot be explained because the level of knowledge that mankind had at the time was not great enough to enable him to construct the things he did to the precision they were. Archeological evidence tells us the level of knowledge that mankind had at the time, and there are anomalies that still cannot be explained without huge assumptions.

Another example of mankind's knowledge of things far in advance of his time period , is his knowledge of the star systems. There is well documented proof in the form of cave drawings , pottery, and other carvings, that man has known about things such as Saturn's rings, which we in modern times, have only been able to discover by the use of high powered telescopes.

As you might have guessed by now, I am not religious in the orthodox sense of the word, however as far as Noah's Ark is concerned it seems that this tale of events and the existence of the Ark itself has been an accepted fact since almost 5200 years ago.

The story of the Ark features in many religious teachings, and I believe that it is because the events that led up to it and afterwards were so enormous in the history of the world that religions have included it in their documentation, changing or removing some of the unsavoury 'alien' details and replacing them with religious language, symbolism and meaning. In recent times, the Ark itself has been re-discovered but it was previously documented in the 1st century AD and the anchor stones were used for graffiti by the Christian Crusaders.

It seems to me that the accounts we have in these religious teachings are essentially historical records, handed down through the generations and eventually written so that they should not be forgotten. Much like cave men wrote their diaries on the cave walls, more modern man needs to document his history for future generations to remember.

We need to remember however, that historical records have always been subject to the political correctness of the time. Just like some of the contemporary history documents relating to the events of World War II, they leave out important events which are embarrassing to the 'home' side. This being so, it is natural for the events recorded around the period of the Ark to be modified or sanitised to reflect the current thinking and politics of the time.

Actually, until I came across this website, I did not really think that the Noah's Ark story was true, or at least I thought it was a 'nice story' which had a basis in fact but those facts were long lost in the mists of time. However, now I realise that there is much more to the Noah's Ark story, and it is a tale of how mankind was helped through a difficult time by these other-worldly beings.

I suppose that rather like Stonehenge in the UK and other sites throughout the world, there is a large amount of information missing from our understanding of ancient times. We can only draw conclusions from the evidence we find left at the various sites, and this interpretation is never going to be 100% correct. Even if we have written accounts of the events, these are open to interpretation by modern scientists and are composed of the different perspectives from the people involved at the time.

Is this how it really happened?
Basically, the Noah's Ark story goes like this. Between 3000BC and 3250BC, there was a great flood caused probably by meteorites or earthquakes. Sometime before this great disaster the Ark was built by unknown people who had knowledge of impending doom and destruction and warned some of the people here on Earth, so that they were able to prepare. The Ark was built out of wood and reeds by beings who had advanced knowledge of marine construction and design.

It appears that there are a number of unique features built into the Ark, such as a system to circulate fresh air into the hold and the use of anchor or drogue stones to provide stability and to maneuver the vessel during landing. Each of these stones weighs up to 10 tons and they all have circular holes drilled into them so that ropes may be attached. More than a dozen of these stones have already been found in and around the Ark's landing area which was in the mountains on the Turkey/Iran border.
